Minimum order quantities depend on the format and whether the packaging is ours or yours. Ask and we will give you the real number for what you have in mind.
Approval is the commit point
- Once production begins or you approve artwork, a custom or private-label run generally cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, unless a signed manufacturing agreement says otherwise.
- You are responsible for the artwork you approve, spelling, ingredient and Nutrition or Supplement Facts panels, regulatory statements, claims, barcodes and logos included.
- Production dates are estimates, not guarantees. Ingredient and packaging availability, lab turnaround and approvals all move them.
- Finished goods left unclaimed past the agreed pickup or shipment date may be subject to storage fees, and abandoned inventory may be handled as the law or the contract allows after notice.

How it goes
The process
Tell us what you want to sell
Format, dose, cannabinoid profile, flavor direction, and roughly what volume. If you only know two of those, that is still a conversation worth having.
We develop and you taste it
Our chef develops the formula and sends samples. You taste, we adjust, repeat until it is right. Nothing goes to production off a spreadsheet.
We write the SOP
Once you approve, the formula becomes a written procedure, so batch forty is made to the same spec as batch one, within the normal manufacturing tolerances any food or botanical product carries. You get the spec.
You sign off the artwork
Labels, panels and proofs come back to you before anything prints. Read them carefully, approving artwork is the point where the words on the package become yours.
Production, then the lab
We produce in small batches and send every one for third-party testing. You get the COA with the delivery, ready for your compliance file.
