Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next business day.
If something in your order is short, we will call or email you before shipping the rest.
Rates
Standard shipping is $8.95, and free on orders over $100 after any discount is applied. Expedited shipping is $19.95.
Local pickup at our Cedar Park storefront is always free.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes for age-restricted items.
State law on hemp-derived products varies and changes frequently. We maintain a list of states we will not ship to, and checkout will tell you before you enter any payment details if your address is affected. We keep that list deliberately conservative: where we are unsure about a state, we do not ship there.
Age verification
All orders require the recipient to be 21 or older. Carriers may request an adult signature on delivery. For pickup orders we check photo ID at the counter every time, including for orders already paid online.
Lost, late or damaged
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking stalls for an unreasonable length of time, contact us and we will work it out with you.
