Return, refund & replacement policy

At Morning Dew Farms, product quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance are among our highest priorities. Because many of our products are consumable hemp products, returns are necessarily limited to help protect product integrity, customer safety, and compliance with applicable laws.

This policy applies to retail purchases, wholesale purchases, and manufacturing customers unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

1.General Return Policy

Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, all sales are final.

Morning Dew Farms does not accept returns or exchanges for:

• opened consumable products
• used products
• products that have been altered or modified after delivery
• products that have been improperly stored after delivery
• products returned without prior authorization
• products returned because of flavor preference or personal taste
• products returned because the customer changed their mind.

This policy helps preserve product quality, consumer safety, and regulatory compliance.

2.Products Damaged During Shipping

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify Morning Dew Farms within 48 hours of delivery.

To allow us to investigate the issue, claims must include:

• photographs of the outside shipping carton
• photographs of the shipping label
• photographs of the damaged product
• a brief description of the damage.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate or provide a replacement.

Morning Dew Farms reserves the right to inspect the documentation provided before determining the appropriate resolution.

3.Incorrect Shipments

If you receive the wrong product, incorrect quantity, or an item that differs from your order confirmation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When appropriate, Morning Dew Farms may:

• replace the incorrect item
• ship missing items
• provide return instructions if necessary
• issue another appropriate resolution.

4.No Satisfaction Guarantee

Morning Dew Farms does not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Because individual responses to hemp-derived products vary, we cannot guarantee that a particular product will produce a specific experience or outcome for every individual.

Personal preference, taste, aroma, texture, and individual response do not constitute product defects.

5.Heat Exposure

Certain products—including gummies and other temperature-sensitive products—may soften or melt during shipping or after delivery.

Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat generally do not affect product quality, potency, or intended use.

Heat-related cosmetic changes are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

6.Natural Variation

Hemp is an agricultural product.

Customers acknowledge that natural variations may occur between batches, including:

• flavor
• aroma
• color
• botanical appearance
• texture
• coating
• naturally occurring plant compounds
• cannabinoid concentrations within lawful manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.

7.Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are manufactured, packed, and shipped specifically for business customers.

Accordingly, Morning Dew Farms does not accept returns of:

• overstock
• seasonal inventory
• slow-moving inventory
• discontinued inventory
• products ordered in error by the customer
• custom-manufactured products.

Wholesale customers are responsible for ordering appropriate quantities for their business.

8.Private Label & Contract Manufacturing Orders

Custom-manufactured products, private-label products, white-label products, and contract manufacturing projects are produced specifically for the customer.

Once production has begun or customer artwork has been approved, orders generally may not be canceled, returned, or refunded except as otherwise provided in a separate written manufacturing agreement.

9.Customer-Approved Artwork

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, labels, packaging, proofs, and product specifications before approving production.

Once artwork has been approved, Morning Dew Farms is not responsible for errors contained in the approved materials, including but not limited to:

• spelling or typographical errors
• ingredient listings provided by the customer
• Nutrition Facts or Supplement Facts supplied by the customer
• regulatory statements supplied by the customer
• QR codes
• barcodes
• logos
• graphics
• product names
• marketing claims
• packaging layouts.

Additionally, Morning Dew Farms reserves the right to refuse production of customer-supplied artwork that, in our reasonable judgment, does not comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements or could expose either party to unnecessary compliance risk.

10.Regulatory Changes

Federal, state, and local hemp laws continue to evolve.

Morning Dew Farms reserves the right to modify:

• ingredients
• formulations
• flavors
• packaging
• labels
• serving sizes
• product names
• shipping practices

when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulatory guidance, ingredient availability, or quality improvements.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, or refund of previously manufactured products unless otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement.

11.Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Morning Dew Farms first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback through a financial institution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• suspension of customer accounts
• cancellation of future orders
• collection activity where permitted by law
• recovery of attorneys’ fees, mediation costs, and other lawful collection expenses.

12.Refund Determinations

If Morning Dew Farms determines that a refund is appropriate, refunds will generally be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other non-refundable service charges may not be refunded unless Morning Dew Farms determines that the error was solely our responsibility.
