How gummies are made here
From formula to finished case
Eight steps, in order. Each lot is documented along the way and tested by a third-party laboratory at the end.
- 01
Formulation
The formula is set, flavor and the ingredients or actives per piece included, and documented before anything is made.
- 02
Pilot and scale-up
A pilot batch proves the formula before commercial production. What changes between pilot and commercial scale is worked out here, not in production.
- 03
Depositing
The cooked mass is deposited into molds, cavity by cavity, so every piece starts at the same size.
- 04
Cooling and curing
Filled trays go onto racks to set. Pectin needs time to reach its final texture.
- 05
Demolding
Set pieces come out of the molds, ready for packaging.
- 06
Packaging and labeling
Pieces are filled into pouches, jars or bottles, sealed and labeled.
- 07
Case packing
Finished units are packed into labeled cases, ready to ship.
- 08
Third-party testing and COA
Samples from the lot go to a third-party laboratory. The certificate of analysis is issued against that lot.
